This notice describes the current trial. The operator name is ShengTianYuLe and the contact is jacketzhong@gmail.com. Legal registration details and retention periods still need to be completed. This is not a complete privacy policy for a commercial store release.
Scope
This notice covers mahjongworld.cc, the trial at play.mahjongworld.cc and Mahjong World test clients. Browsing the website does not require a game account. Starting the game connects to game services.
Account and connection data
The game processes guest identifiers, player IDs, login credentials, language, client version, operating system and device identifiers to sign in and restore sessions. Native clients may use a system-provided device identifier; web guests use a locally generated random identifier. Network services and Cloudflare infrastructure process request IP addresses and browser or connection information.
Gameplay and information you submit
Servers process profile information such as nickname, avatar selection and gender, plus rooms, club membership, matches, replays, virtual assets and transaction records. Feedback, player notes and account binding process the information you submit, including relevant IDs, text, phone numbers or email addresses. Do not include passwords, verification codes or unnecessary personal information in feedback or notes.
Local storage and files
The website saves a language preference when you choose a language. The game stores guest identity, login data, preferences and caches on your device or browser. Clearing site data or uninstalling can remove access credentials without deleting server records. Image selection provides a local preview; unavailable upload features do not upload selected files. You decide whether to share exported diagnostics or invitation images.
Purpose and visibility
Data supports accounts, online play, records, replays, club management, feedback and troubleshooting. Relevant players can see public profiles and game information; club records depend on role permissions. Website and game resources use Cloudflare Pages, R2 and network proxy infrastructure, which handles the corresponding requests. The current website source has no advertising or third-party analytics scripts; infrastructure still processes access data.
Retention, deletion and contact
Retention periods, backup removal schedules and cross-border processing arrangements have not yet been published. An in-app deletion path exists, but loss of account access does not mean all related records or backups have immediately been erased. See the account deletion page for limitations. Updates
Before commercial release, the operator identity, privacy contact, storage regions, retention and deletion rules will be added and checked against the final features and service-provider inventory. Review the latest notice before providing information.
