Account deletion

In-app path

Sign in to the original account, then open Me → Account & Security → Delete Account. Verify the player ID, enter the request and confirm. Resolve active games and club matters first and save records you need. Deletion may immediately remove account access; do not try it casually.

Local removal is different

Signing out, uninstalling, clearing caches or deleting browser data does not submit an account deletion request and does not automatically remove match, club or transaction records.

Scope and timing

The existing automatic flow removes account binding records; it does not automatically remove all related data. Complete removal scope and timing for related matches, clubs, transactions, feedback, logs and backups still require verification. This page does not promise immediate erasure of every record.

Outside the app

Without installing or signing in to the game, email jacketzhong@gmail.com to request deletion of your account and associated data. Include your player ID, requested scope and a reply address; explain if you do not know your ID. The operator must verify ownership and confirm the handling scope and outcome. Never send passwords or verification codes. Opening the email link does not send your request; complete sending in your mail app.
